Candles

About Beeswax Candles:

Keeping hives of bees is part of the agricultural life of Northern NY.  After the honey is harvested, farmers are left with the wax of the hive, which is perfect for making candles.  The wax is melted, and  then either poured into molds or formed into tapers by repeatedly dipping the wicks into the wax.  

Beeswax candles are the best.  Golden in color, they give off a sweet fragrance when burned.  They last longer and burn brighter than any other type of candle.
