Lacy Wood Shatraw

Lacy is a 24 year old ceramic artist based in Norwood, NY.  She discovered her passion for ceramics at SUNY Potsdam, where she pursued her degree in Art Studio.  She has since worked on developing her business, Earthen Arts.

Lacy enjoys making functional pottery for everyday use: mugs, bowls, vases and more.  Her methods include wheel throwing and occasionally, hand-building, and loves to explore bright glaze color combinations.

She hopes to refine her skills as a ceramic artist, and in the future teach classes and workshops.
