Jennifer Sampson

Born in California, Jennifer is a plein air and studio oil painter who has lived all over the world.  

For most of her artistic career and dictated by the environments in which she lived, she painted urban landscapes - drawn to interpreting “some forgotten corner or gritty scene” into a work of art that shows the viewer something they might not have noticed.

After moving to the North Country, Jennifer began taking advantage of the natural beauty of the area by painting landscapes - challenged by nature that is “already perfect” to enjoy that beauty, experiment  and hope that she does her subject matter.
