Douglas Wooster

A former Spotlight Gallery Artist, Douglas Wooster is a self-taught artist whose love of nature developed from his outdoor activities in the Champlain Valley and Adirondack High Peaks.

He was originally a fantasy themed artist, but eventually discovered painting inspired by California artist, Kevin Hill.  Douglas created his own distinctive painting style of layering color, and extreme detail in his rocks, water and foliage.

His stunning, intricately detailed landscape paintings are currently on sale at the Folkstore.
